[BC] Dangers of remote sites-fatality

When I was chief engineer at KBRW-AM in Barrow, Alaska, the GM had an 
ironclad rule.  "There must be at least two people when going to the 
transmitter site, no exceptions".  More often then not, the GM was the 
second person.  But you would expect that from a person who had been a 
Special Forces officer in Vietnam.

Don Rinker is the best boss and friend I have had in forty years in the 
business.
