You can do a search on recnet.com to give you an idea, but an engineer would
really have to to tell you
Obviously, the max for an LPFM is 100W/100ft or the equivalent there of. The
minimum for a Class A is 100W/100ft.
For non comms, you can file on whatever frequency you find is available, in
the up coming window this October
For commercial channels, you can't just file on whatever you think fits..
the FCC tells you.
