Did you find what you were looking for? I
probably have a schematic for the console and
could scan and send it that would help. I am
scratching my head on who made the switches.
Might have been SwitchCraft, but don't know where
to go for the plastic handels. It's just been too
long ago. Belive the meters were eigher Jewel or
Simpson. Think Gates bought the bare meters and
added their own meter face. I loved the knobs on
that series of consoles! Does yours have Daven or
Tech Lab pots (attenuators). The Davens were
better.

Contact me off list if you want me to check on my
old store of Gates prints to see what I have. Not
a bad board for its time. The out put modules
have a booster card that can drive external
devices like phone hybrids, etc. I think they
were -10 dB. Not anywhere in the IB, though.
