[BC] Split level combine and the loss of the analog-only transmitter

Guys,

For those who are in to having every I dotted and
every T crossed: you could use the ERI System
Management equipment which is normally used for
master antenna system oversight. Can sense power
levels and operate ERI manufactured coax transfer
switches and interface with remote control to
call and tell you the midlevel combiner has been
by passed etc.

To me, for now, it makes sense (cents) to do
noting.
