According to the 1963 "Radio-Electronic Master" catalog, Simpson
Wide-Vue meters in the 4-1/2" size should have a scale length of 100
mm, following the arc. The 4-1/2" VU meter is a Model 1349 (and sold
for $23.70 in those days)
The 3-1/2" version of the VU meter is a Model 1347 and has a 77.2 mm
scale length.
Simpson also sold 2-1/2" and 1-1/2" VU meters, but we can rule those
out, based on your photos.
Sorry, I have none to sell. However, you might try Fred Chassey, a
surplus/junk equipment recycler in Bridgeport, PA, 610 592-0375. I
haven't been to his warehouse in several years, but I do recall seeing
some there.
