I no doubt kept the rules citations that were posted on the list at home but
I'm in Ft. Lauderdale at the moment.  I'll be heading home in a week and can
look for the information and post it then.

 > My recollection is that the FCC does not accept the printout tape which
would be an electronic format.  They want to see the operator's signed
acknowledgement that the EAS test was conducted.  Maybe my info is stale but
I think the FCC wants accountability.  I don't recall any changes to the EAS
rules in a number of years, I guess I have to dig out the rules section
again.
