[BC] EAS Logs

[Glen Kippel]

May I please point out that there is no such thing as an "EAS log"?  This
function is part of the weekly log review (if there is such a thing as a log
at your station -- none are now required).  I will see if I can pull up our
form we use at KWXY and send it as an attachment tomorrow.
