[BC] EAS Logs

[Bill Croghan]

	The operators place their initials in the "operator" column.  They
are already signed on the transmitter log.  The only signature is mine when
I review the log weekly.  I was told years ago that your signature is
anything you want to make it.  I usually use a Sloppy WTC for most stuff and
only sign the full William T. Croghan Jr. on the main weekly inspection log
and other things like contracts and checks!  I've been through dozens of FCC
inspections over the last 40 years and never had any problems doing it that
way
