[BC] WLOK Memphis

Just out of curiosity, with nothing to do this afternoon, I was looking
at the site of WLOK-AM in Memphis with Google's Satellite Images.  I
couldn't tell for sure, but it appeared that their tower is mounted on
top of a building? Am I correct on this?  Once you start to zoom in on
that Google Satellite Page, the images get fuzzy.

They get out real well for a 1 KW Class C station. I wonder what kind of
ground system this facility has?
