Bill is correct. It may be considered prudent to unplug the device
from AC first. It can be a bit of a bear to reload the paper. I
would cut the end of the paper in a "V" shape and then cut the very
end off a bit to make it easier to feed the paper in. Plug the EAS
back in to the AC line, and push down the two buttons to start the
printer feed. After you get the paper through the printer, slide the
printer back into the box.

Be careful you don't short the Circuit board to the chassis as it will
reboot the machine or worse. I'll copy you on my logging sheet when I have
