Paley would not have allowed this to happen in the first place as that 
kind of programming would not have been allowed.  It was the chain of 
events of the Mel  Karmizan Infinity radio taking over NBC AM stations 
and some certain personalities and the subsequent mergers into CBS that 
resulted in Imus being on a CBS branded network. Is CBS the  Tiffany 
Network or the Karmizan network - a big difference.
