Mark,

No, you are not.  I'll blame it some glazed neurons, but I neglected to 
convert the power into watts before I solved for the voltage.  I used 
milliwatts, which accounts for 30 dB of the difference.  The other decibel 
was in a system loss cell in my spreadsheet that I had left set at 1 dB 
from the last calculation I had done.  That's bad.

Fixing this gives me an answer of 1.54 mV, so we now are in agreement, or 
close enough.  Thanks for spotting the error.
