[BC] dbu to uV

I just ran a search for more info on the Jerrold CATV field strength
meters.  The old workhorse was the Model 704, there's even a "Loyal
Order" of users!

I also found this VERY in-depth interview with the late Ken Simons,
who designed the Jerrold 704.  He got his start in ham radio, then was
a transmitter operator at WIBG, then worked for WCAU and RCA.  You
old-timers will enjoy this.  I'll read it too, when I have a few
hours!
