There is one problem with what you are attempting. You do not really 
have an FIM. It is a signal level meter.  You will have to add an 
antenna which will have some amount of gain. This will make your 
readings invalid unless you find some way to calibrate the whole system. 
If you follow the whole thread so far you will not that those who have 
discussed frequency are bringing up issues you need to consider.  3.16 
mv/m is not the same as 3.16 millivolts as read by the meter.  Better to 
rent or borrow a real FIM.
