[BC] Worst 'engineering' ever seen

Well, I *did* put the mike against a table radio so the marti would have a 
signal I could listen to on the scanner in my truck and see there was no 
weirdness... it was there for about 5 minutes...  but I figured it was ok if 
I gave myself permission to rebroadcast my own signal... :-D
