[BC] UPS Damaged Goods

I've actually witnessed the UPS and USPS delivery people toss boxes quite a ways. On one occasion I actually saw the UPS driver toss a boxmarked fragile onto the neighbors doorstep from ten feet away and heard the contentsbreak. Because I saw him, he knew he was "toast" and he was....
