[BC] 1942 BY Adverts Scanned

As requested, I scanned two advertisements:

Both are scanned "the wrong way" - and - the Westinghouse two page ad was
scanned as an 11x17 PDF file (i.e. A one page PDF).

If someone wants to fix them up pretty, that's fine.  My time is limited
right now, and requests for these advertisements were high (by standards).
