[BC] Westinghouse 50-HG

Am staring at a 1942 Broadcasting Yearbook.  There's a nifty two page
advertisement (pages 344-345, if you're following along in the "at home"
version of our game) for the Westinghouse 50-HG.  It says these stations
are listed under "50-HG"

KDKA WBZ WPTF WBAL WKBW KFAB

These stations are listed under the 5HV (5,000 watts)

WNBC (Hartford) WPEN WCAO WAGA WNBF (Binghamton) KGA (Spokane; 10HV)

Based on the advertisement on page 31, it looks like a few
non-Westinghouse stations are on that list.
