Just looking at the spectral scans of CBS in the document above
shows they need to do some work on the transmission system. Not
only do they have a serious "bump" at the 2nd adjacent, they have
clear indications of another at the 3rd adjacent.

A Smith chart of the load would be conclusive, but it does look
like they have some load non-linearity problems. If that is true,
their BER might be interestingly high too.
