Most boring of all time: Collins 821A-2 250 kW short wave transmitter.

Most exciting of all time: Gates HF-100 100kW short wave transmitter.

But, I guess you guys were talking domestic stuff, Yes?

I guess my QEI quantum 6 kW is kinda boring. Nothing to tune, nothing but
three meters and a bunch of LED's to look at.

My Gates FM-20H3 is kinda exciting, especially those occasional blue flames.
I had my wife at the transmitter helping me do maintenance (she's an RN and
knows CPR) and I thought she was going to wet her pants when the thing flashed
over. That's pretty exciting, no? (the flashover I mean)

No more pretty RF flames with this new fangled solid state stuff. The good
old days! SS driven tesla coil, anyone?
