Right, but only if it'sTOTALLY legal.

Yes it is.  Fortuantly the AM TX plant has a backup TX in excellent shape. 
I think for an extra margin of safty the AM receiver should be fed with a 
directional loop antenna though to minamize that possibility, thanks for the 
thought!

I still need to know if it's legal and hopefully where in the regs does it 
say it's legal.
