[BC] Western Electric Model 304A 1kW TX on EPAY

1933 1 kW AM transmitter, it just got a $5000 bid, met reserve. It is one of the early WE kW designs, before they started getting purdy. That 304A is actually two separate units side by side, a 100 watt modulated transmitter model 12A and a model 71A 1 kW linear amplifier. It has a 279A for RF amp, 258A rectifiers, and 253A driver in the 71A and the 12A has a 270A, 271A, 242A, 277A, and 258A. All fairly hard to find nowadays, if at all. Hopeful some audiophool doesn't buy it up to strip it for its triodes. It should be in a museum that likes radio broadcast gear. Needs some TLC.
