[BC] New Jones Receiver

Ours booted up (eventually) but the public static IP assigned to it never
took.  I finally put it on the LAN behind it's own router and let DHCP give
it an address.  It seemed to talk back to Jones.

Still haven't wired it up yet.  The deadline is at least 24 hours away.

I had an out of box failure on one, never booted..just stuck in a loop.
Jones overnighted one. They do seem to take a long time to boot up.
