I could be wrong about this...but I believe IF you can use a Part 74
freq  less than 720 per year, it doesn't require a license....I think I
read that somewhere....someone PLEASE correct me if I am wrong....of
course you would still need to coordinate the frequency you plan to use
with your Part 74 SBE coordinator.
