Paul:  It has been several years but I have been to that site twice. All three tower are located in the bay.  When they used to have to read the base currents once per day they used a boat.  Gayle Swofford used to be General Manager many years ago and could tell some interesting stories about reading the base currents and doing maintenance when the tides are going in and out.  
 
I also seem to recall Jim SOrenson did some consulting work on that array telling some funny stories.  You can see the towers on the left as you drive into town.
