It's the high-powered radiator in the old KGIL 5 kW DA-N array.
As usual, the current distribution was something like 1.0 /_ - something,
2.0/_ 0, 1.0/_ + something, with 2.0 going into the wire, which is
top-loaded.
That station went through many changes, from 1 kW DA-2 to 5 kW-D, 1 kW-N,
DA-2, to 5 kW DA-2, to its present high(er)-powered operation.
The former presence of 1240 in Pasadena mandated operating with the night
DA during some days.
All four radiators are series-excited, but only the vertical wire is
top-loaded.
