Absolutely. I once did a remote for KIMN in Denver where we drove
an hour and a half out of town to do a real estate development remote. I
thought it was the dumbest thing to do. Not even primary talent, but a part
timer. When it was done, we had sold 4 houses, 2 more than their average
for a Saturday. The client was happy and that's what it's all about.
THE REMOTE IS ABOUT THE CLIENT. The station should always strive to
make it's best presentation, but the customer comes first.
