[BC] Good and bad remotes...

Remotes have longer lasting effects than people realize, too... they tend to
'train your listeners' to some extent.
Doing a sucessful remote helps set up the next one. It's a lot of work, but
it is not difficult... it's almost all prep work, just like being on the
air. Know your audience, give them what they want, reward them for showing
up...
By the day of the remote itself, the results are -nearly- predetermined.
All it takes is two or three 'bad' remotes in a row to 'train your
listeners' that you have "nothing to offer" (or maybe you have provided them
"no reason to respond")... or try to screw them around when it comes time
to award prizes (like my past GM who would consistant dump the bucket of
names and pick through them IN FRONT OF THE AUDIENCE throwing away names he
didn't like until he picked a friend to win... cars, TV's, etc...) and they
WILL remember.... for better or worse...
