   This is nothing new, we have had electric vehicles since about 1900
delivering milk and such.  (quietly in residential neighborhoods)
(see Edison cell)  The range and take off speed are the improvements.
   In this instance you would plug it into the wall in your garage or
bury a cord under the grass to your car's parking place.
(you would switch it on when you got into the house and off as you
leave for work or the beach)
