Someone, I assume iBiquity, has already tested digitized signals from 
a TIS.  Back in April, the TIS on 1680 located at Fort Meade ran 
digitalized signals for at least a couple of weeks.  Fort Meade is 
just a few miles from iBiquity's offices in Columbia, Maryland.

BTW, this TIS is a federally operated one, and will not appear in the 
FCC database/
