I'm sure we're paying for support, as our company spent.. well ALOT.. back
in January to install this at many of their stations and uses it when they
upgrade at the others.

The answer I was given last time is that they have a few guys out sick and
are really busy.   One of my friends who owns 3 stations(1FM and 2AMs) in
Southeast Kentucky said he's never had to wait more then 30 minutes.
