You didn't quote anything, but I assume you were talking to me, so I'll
answer.
it has nothing to do with the radio or the processing, although the answer
to your question was a DaySequerra M4, but rather low bit rate coded audio.
No matter how good you process the signal before transmission, at the end of
the you you can only fit so much s--- in a 5lb bag, or 48kbps :-)
