[BC] NIMBY, BANANA, and Cell Phones

This really happened to me.  The NIMBY's opposed to a proposed Cell 
tower hired an up-from-the-apple lawyer, who actually pulled out his 
cellphone to call a client right at a public hearing and cursed the 
reception.  You could suddenly hear a cufflink drop in that normally 
contentious town hall, the audience got it right away.

A good moment among many, many difficult ones.
