[BC] Another public station bites the dust

Yes...a 2 share. But a 2 share when the rated market is 15 million is quite 
a few listeners Bernie. That is not wasted spectrum. They are serving a need 
in the market. I find things in our society that a far more waste of 
spectrum than that. I believe the seat in the Oval office is being wasted. 
QXR isn't breaking the law. They're enhancing people's lives. Oh, how nice 
it would be to see D.C. do something like that. Things that enhance people's 
lives are not a waste. Let's get rid of those things that do not enhance. 
I'm sure you can come up with a better list than your original two examples.
