[BC] Anyone Know a Accent Broadcast Group, WBTW, Zack Taylor, or 107 the B?

Apparently the only WBTW ever licensed in the computerized era is WBTW (TV) 
Florence, SC, and that remains their call today.

Looking at all "W" calls around 107 (106.9-107.3) shows 161 full service
FM authorizations, so a COL would be helpful for figuring this one out.
