[BC] WABC Problem This Morning

Scott,

I kind of figured the noise might be STL noise but I would 
have thought that the STL receiver would mute when there was 
no signal.  Also, I'm surprised that WABC didn't have a 
backup audio link from the studio to the transmitter and that 
it took so long for them to fix it.

I haven't worked in radio since the sixties so if I seem a 
bit ignorant with my questions or comments maybe that can be 
my excuse.
