[BC] tube sound (tube transmitters)

WOW going through the tubes that fast.  Then I would agree with you.

Yes it would involve some math based on the local power rates, and how 
often you go through tubes.  Some transmitters just are light on tubes.  
Others arent.

Heh, I have been known to be wrong in the past.....
