 If you know how to read one, there is absolutely nothing that can give
 greater accuracy than a scope for setting modulation on a conventional
 AM envelope modulated transmitter !!

 ( also true of an FM with a detector, except that modulation isn't 
 modulation on an FM anymore, and depends on what that modulation
 is as to whether it's modulation or not )
