C'mon, Paul. You know full well that there are resources available 
for THAT, starting with the FCC's own database. Here's the link:

And I'm a huge fan of Cavell, Mertz and Davis' FCCInfo.com, which is 
an outstanding (and free) search tool for the FCC database.

I just tried, and it took me all of 35 seconds to enter my 
coordinates and get a nice list of everything in the FCC's TV 
database within 50 km of the chair where I'm sitting right now.
