 Not terribly unlike those loan applications which state that if you are,
 or become, party to *any* legal action that you are in default, and all
 of the remedies for default automaticly come into play.
 ( calling the loan in full and immediately, jacking the interest rate well
 beyond loan shark rates, etc. )

 By strict interpretation, you can forfeit your home over a parking ticket !

 If I were you and not already a member, I'd look for an app that doesn't
 have that question at all, or as Mike suggests, answer truthfully, but
 attach a full explanation.
