It could also be Tony Griffin Productions out of Dallas.  It's hard to tell from lyrics
alone, but your second example sounds similar to several packages used by KIOA in 
Des Moines, and I know those are from Griffin.

Go to: http://www.tonygriffinproductions.com/demos.htm to listen to some of their 
packages and see if any ring a bell...
