It's even more difficult when the situational conditions between the
employee and the employer are just not in phase. Like a really new guy who
is having a hard time learning/adapting in the hot seat while everything
goes on at 110% around him. In today's clustered environment, new hires no
longer have the "luxury" of learning a single plant or one AM/FM combo
while cutting their teeth. It's now 3, 4 or more stations and studios,
computer network(S), plus multiple transmitters to learn day 1-7.
Having been on both ends of the employment gun, it's not good for either
party when that decision is made.
