[BC] LMAs - How Far Can They Go?

I think the license with Ibquity would have something to say about 
that. There are use/revenue/royalty clauses in the additional modes 
portion of the master use agreement that extends beyond FCC rules.

Since the mode is so new and less than 1000 radios exist, it's not 
high on my priority list. OTOH, if a client comes in and says they'll 
buy 10,000 of them and write us check for $xxx,xxx/mo., then who amd I 
to question the rest of it as the lawyers will get that question 
addressed PDQ.
