Sorry...but you can't get an audience (or new listeners) if you play "All 20th Century All the Time". Doesn't work. Been there. Done that. Got the T-Shirt.

Quite. They are no more than slightly removed from Mantovani. They are
today's EZ format. Then, why not?
I heard Garrick Ohlsson last weekend with the CSO. He did a little Chopin
for an encore. Sweet-n-lovely.
