A great example of that is our Cable Access channel here in Fort Wayne. 
Any fool who can find his way to the downtown public library can be a TV 
star. And the content........everything from the local pro-pot guy to 
the ladies quilting show, to an old guy in his underear that smokes 
cigars and plays 40's music.Now that's what I call compelling content.
