[BC] Chicken Little check your HD radio

On one of these lists Chicken Little posted that the sky was falling and 
that digital transmission would wipe out adjacent channel FM 'rimshot' 
stations. WKTU interfering with short spaced WPRB was the example used. 
Our super sleuth tracked down the issue armed with a GPS and a very 
average car radio. The criteria? where was it that either station's 
reception was too poor to be listenable by the average person.   WKTU 54 
dbu  WPRB 56 dbu.

WKTU is running digital with heavy processing on the analog side.  WPRB 
is running virtually no processing and does not have dense audio.
