[BC] FM allocations, today on All Things Considered

It could always be bumped by breaking news, but I'm told that NPR's 
All Things Considered will be carrying a story today on the woes of 
class D noncom FMs in today's crowded allocations situations. They 
interviewed me for it more than a month ago. Not sure when it will 
run during the two-hour show, which starts at 4 PM ET and rolls over 
and over and over for the midwest and West Coast, on your local 
public radio station...
