[BC] Cell phone and text messaging...

I have a cell phone that has text messaging. I got it because at the
time it was the only phone with a display that I could conveniently
read the phone book and keypad without having to squint and stand on
my head while twirling about. I do not want it for text
messaging. If someone needs to get a message to me, then let them
call me and speak to me. Recently I've started getting SPAM. My
cell phone number is on the DO Not Call List and has been for at
least 10 months. What a revolting development this is going to turn
into! Enjoy your text messaging! It's another port into your wallet.
