There's a very simple solution. Stop playing their music. Do a dry 
talk format with no bumpers or themes. Accept only commercials 
without music or jingles. If you do use music there's lots of stuff 
from the turn of the century that's public domain. I know iPod owners 
in our target demos are loading their iPods with stuff from around 
1910. It's stuff they don't have to steal.
