[BC] ASCAP and BMI and Rights

Won't happen.  There's too much money coming from broadcast to do away
with broadcaster paid royalties. Case in point, why do you think they
fought so hard to force seperate licensure of the internet streams?

The same will apply to HD-2 as well.

Sumner Redstone is right on target when he says the real money to be
made is in content creation and ownership. Not distribution. And that's
from a guy who also happens to own the largest movie theater chain in
the US.
